1 package (10 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Shells

1/2 cup orange marmalade or apricot preserves

1 tablespoon dark rum

12 thin slices pineapples

2 eggs

1/3 cup sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

3/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin

1 tablespoon cold water

1 1/2 teaspoons butter, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

Description

This Classic French "thousand Leaves"  Dessert is Easy To Make When You Use Puff Pastry Shells. The Shells Are Simply Layered With Fresh Pineapple And An Orange-and-rum Scented Pastry Cream To Make An Unforgettable Dessert.
