- 5 cups Filtered Water or Spring Water
- 1/2 cup Yellow Cornmeal
- 1/2 cup Yellow Corn Grits
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Saffron Threads
Vegetables
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Organic Garlic finely minced
- 1 Organic Organic Yellow Onion thin half moon slices
- Sea Salt
- 6 Crimini Mushrooms thinly sliced
- 1/2 small bulb Fennel stalks trimmed flush to the bulb and thinly sliced
- 1 Organic Carrots fine match stick pieces
- 1/2 cup Mirin or White Wine
- 3 Organic Tomatoes diced
- 1 smallOrganic Broccoli rabe finely cut
- 1/2 cup Basil loosely packed and shredded
