  • 9 (1/4-inch-thick) slices French or Vienna bread
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend, divided
  • 1 1/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons milk, divided
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup garden vegetable cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs such as basil, oregano, thyme and chives
  • 8 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 (3.5-ounce) package Hormel® Canadian Style Bacon, cut into quarters
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
