- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 1/2 cups extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 pound organic spring green lettuce mix
- 3 pounds Hormel® Roast Beef, diced 1/2 inch
- 2 (15-ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 pound Black Label® Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 pound Gorgonzola cheese crumbles
- 5 to 7 tortilla chips
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped bell peppers
