Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 t salt
- 3/4 cup short or medium grain rice
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 cups whipping cream, half-and-half or light cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 T butter, melted
- 1/2 t ground cardamom or cinnamon
- 1 whole almond, shelled
- Cranberry Sauce~
- 1 cup canned cranberry jellied sauce
- In a medium microwave safe bowl, stir jellied cranberry sauce. Microwave on high for 60 seconds, stir until smooth. Microwave an additional 60 seconds, if necessary, stirring until smooth.
