Double-crust Pizza Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cups packaged instant mashed potatoes
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 12 ounces bulk Italian sausage
- 1 large onion, coarsely chopped (1 cup)
- 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 6 ounce can Italian-style tomato paste
- 1 2 1/4 ounce can sliced pitted ripe olives, drained (optional)
- 1/2 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 ounce package (about 2 tablespoons) sloppy joe seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon yellow cornmeal
