- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon snipped fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 teaspoon snipped fresh oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound uncooked ground turkey breast or chicken breast
- Mixed torn greens (optional)
- 1 recipe Olive-Tomato Salsa
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (1 ounce)
- Plain low-fat yogurt (optional)
- 2 whole wheat pita bread rounds, halved and lightly toasted
