12/3 cups boiling water
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/4 cup butter or margarine
5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Dash pepper
2 ounces process American cheese shredded (1/2 cup)
1 15-ounce can mackerel drained bones and skin removed and flaked
1 12-ounce can whole kernel corn drained
2 tablespoons chopped canned pimiento
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs (1 slice)
1 tablespoon butter melted
