1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon capers
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon fines herbes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
