1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed hot red pepper
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup bottled clam juice
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
6 ounces snow peas, trimmed and halved if large (about 2 cups)
1/2 pound medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
