Salad Nicoise
1 can (6 or 7 ounces) white albacore tuna
1 package (10 ounces) Italian green beans, parboiled and chilled
1 English cucumber
1 can (2 ounces) anchovy fillets milk
1 dozen large black pitted olives
1/2 pound cherry tomatoes
3 hard cooked eggs quartered
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon each Dijon style mustard and chopped shallots
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
