1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimiento, drained
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 ounces)
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 avocado, cut into 8 slices
8 cherry tomato halves
