- 1/3 cup bourbon
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 1/4 lbs salmon steaks, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 firm large portobellos, or 1 - 8 oz. pkg button portobello mushrooms
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 medium zucchini
- 10 to 15 red and yellow cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Black pepper
- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Description
Salmon Cubes Are Marinated In A Mixture Of Bourbon, Soy Sauce, Toasted Sesame Oil, Garlic And Ginger, Skewered With Portobello Mushrooms, Red Sweet Pepper, Red Onion And Zucchini, Then Grilled.
