  • 1 15-1/4-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 14-3/4-ounce can cream-style corn
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon pepper
  • Topping:
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup margarine or butter
  • 3 to 4 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
