Mango Lassi Cooler

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 c. fresh lime juice (or bottled)
  • 1 T fresh peppermint, finely chopped or 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 c. unflavored nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk (can use nonfat milk if desired)
  • 1/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 12 oz. can lemon-lime soda (such as Sprite or 7-up)
  • 1 shot vodka (optional)
  • ice cubes
  • Garnish with lime slices, mint leaves and, of course, small umbrellas

Description

This Drink Combines Chopped Mangoes, Lime Juice, Peppermint, Yogurt, Milk And Sweetened Condensed Milk With Lemon-lime Carbonated Beverage In The Blender. Add Vodka, If Desired.
