  • 1 tbsp California sun dried tomato spread
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 pkg yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3/4 lb thinly sliced bacon cooked crispy and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup sifted unbleached flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp crushed peppercorns
  • 1/4 lb cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 lb pepper jack cheese shredded

Description
