  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice, about 1 1/2 lemons
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, cored and diced
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
