- 1 cup steak sauce
- 1/2 cup peach butter or peach preserves
- 2 pounds sirloin tips, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large red onion, peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 red bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1 ½-inch squares
- 2 peaches, peeled, pitted and each peach cut into 8 wedges
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 12 long or 24 small wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
