Grilled Sirloin and Peach Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steak sauce
  • 1/2 cup peach butter or peach preserves
  • 2 pounds sirloin tips, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large red onion, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 2 red bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1 ½-inch squares
  • 2 peaches, peeled, pitted and each peach cut into 8 wedges
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 12 long or 24 small wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
