500gms.minced goat meat(lamb or any other red meat)
12 fresh medium eggs
1cup split chickpeas(chana dal)
150gms. shallots finely chopped
2tsp.ground ginger
5 cloves of garlic finely chopped
whole spices(10 pepper corns,1"cinnamon stick,4 cloves,1bayleaf and 1tsp.carraway seeds)
5 finely chopped green chillies
1 small bunch of fresh mint sprigs,finely chopped
1small bunch of fresh coriander leaves,finely chopped
2 slices white bread
1 cup dry bread crumbs,plain,unsalted
canola oil for deep frying
For the Curry
200gms.finely chopped shallots
100gms fresh crushed tomatoes
5cloves of garlic ground to a paste
2tsps.ginger paste
3tsp.curry powder(Everest Brand Kitchen King)
1tsp.turmeric powder
3tsp.red chilli powder(kashmiri or degi mirch)
1tsp.cumin powder
1.5tsp.coriander powder
3tbsp.canola oil
