Mind-blowing Turkey Gyros

Ingredients

    Tzatziki Sauce =
    1 Zucchini, with skin, grated
    2 Garlic Cloves, minced
    1/4 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
    1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 tsp Paprika
    1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/4 tsp Onion Powder
    1/4 tsp Marjoram
    Pinch of Lemon Zest
    Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
    Pinch of Sea Salt
    Pinch of Black Pepper

    Gyro =
    20 oz 93% Lean Ground Turkey
    8 FlatOut Artisan 5 Grain Flax Flatbreads (or any preferred flatbread)
    2 Garlic Cloves, minced
    2 Roma Tomatoes, diced
    1/2 cup Crumbled Tomato & Basil Feta Cheese
    1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 tsp Oregano
    1/2 tsp Rosemary
    1/2 tsp Paprika
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 tsp Onion Powder
    1/2 tsp Cumin
    Pinch of Sea Salt
    Pinch of Black Pepper
    Handful of Fresh Spinach
    Sliced Red Onion

Description

I Started Out Making My Gyros With Lamb And They Turned Out Amazing. They Also Turned Out Expensive. Turkey Is A Decent Substitute.
