2 cups nonfat cottage cheese small curd
2.5 cups Egg Beaters (Can use 10 eggs)
1 package (10-oz size) frozen chopped broccoli thawed, drained and squeezed dry
Italian salt free spice blend, to taste.
NOTE: Calorie count includes 3.5 cups cheese
