Ingredients

    2 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin roast
    15 oz can sauerkraut
    1 onion, sliced
    1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 tablespoon caraway seed (optional)
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup apple juice (or 1/4-cup each water and applesauce)

Description

Serve With Rye Muffins, Roasted Potatoes And Steamed Carrots. Delicious And Perfect For Sunday Supper.
