Ingredients

    1 pound Lean Ground Beef (80/20)
    1 TBls Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp Garlic-Pepper Blend
    1/2 tsp Onion Powder
    1/4 tsp Salt (optional)
    2 Cups Frozen Peas and Carrots(16 oz bag)
    32 (8 pcs each foil pack)Frozen Steak Fries(28 oz bag)
    4 Green Giant Nibblers frozen corn-on-the-cob
    1/2 tsp Garlic-Pepper Blend

    Suggestions: 1 tsp Seasoned Salt or 3/4 tsp salt plus 1/4 tsp garlic powder may be substituted for the garlic-blend pepper.

    Use extra lean ground beef so veggies won't cook in too much beef juice. In some stores extra-lean may be called "diet-lean".
