Ingredients

    Dry Ingredients:
    1 3/4 cup flour (whole wheat and white mix)
    1/3 cup vanilla or plain protein powder
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    dash of salt

    Wet Ingredients:
    1 cup sugar (granulated and brown mix)
    2-3 very ripe bananas
    1/2 cup light sour cream
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1/4 cup canola oil or butter
    1 tsp vanilla extract

    Fold in:
    1/2 cup walnuts
    OR
    1/2 cup chocolate chips (not included in nutritional index)
