    1 cup coconut flakes
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon allspice
    1/4 cup of almond meal
    1/2 cup mixed nuts, finely chopped (almonds)
    1 cup dried fruit (1/4c raisins, 1/4c cherry raisins, 1/4c dates, 1/4c apricots)

    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    1/4 cup canola oil (used evaporated skim milk)
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
