Panir, fresh (Not fried), 5 oz
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) chopped extra fine
Ginger Root, 1 " long,peeled and shredded.
*Cumin seed, 1 tsp roasted and ground or use powder.
*Coriander seed, 1 tsp rosted and ground or use powder 3/4 tsp.
Cayenne, 1/2 tsp ( increase if you like spicy hot)
Cilantro, raw, 1 sprig, chopped and rinsed well.
Turmeric, ground, .25 tsp
*Philadelphia Light Chives and Onion Cream Cheese, 8 tbsp
Progresso Crushed Tomatoes with Puree, ( o basil or other spices added) 0.75 cup
Description
This Is A Delicious Indian Dish With An Added Flavor Of Chives. If You Want To Lower The Fat From Panir, Replace With Baked Tofu Chunks.
