    2 c. water
    1/2 c. oatmeal (not the quick oats)
    1/2 c. quinoa
    1/4 c. oat bran
    1/2 c. dried cherries or apricots diced
    1/2 c. raisins or whatever dried fruit you like
    3 T. cinnamon (I like cinnamon so use as much or as little as you like)
    dash of salt
