    2 TBSP olive oil, 2 cups onions, 4 cloves garlic, 5 cups diced tomatoes, 2 bouillon cubes - (whatever type you wish), 1 cup green beans, 3/4 cup snap peas, 1/2 cup celery, 2 1/2 cups zucchini, 4 cups yams, add about 2 cups fresh basil or 4 cubes of frozen basil, 1 cup red bell peppers
