- Heat 1T olive oil in large skillet over high heat. Add 2 C thinly sliced onion, 1t salt, 1/2 t pepper and 1/4 t red pepper flakes (opt). Stir fry 2 minutes. Add garlic, kale and chicken stock & cook, stirring occasionally for 8 to 10 minutes. Ad a splash of cider vinegar in the last minute of cooking.
