Atkins Chili-cheese Roll-ups Modified

Ingredients

    2 Poblano Chilies, roasted, seeded, peeled, and chopped
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    1 T minced green onion
    2 t fresh lime juice

    2 T olive oil
    8 egg whites

Description

This Recipe Is From Atkins For Life. The Original Recipe Uses Low Carb Tortillas But I Cut Them Out And Replaced Them With Egg Whites. I Also Replaced Scallions With Green Onions.
