Ingredients

    Savoy Cabbage- Shredded- 2 cups (approx 1/2 head)
    Greeen Cabbage-Shredded- 2 cups (approx 1/2 head)
    Red Caggage- Shredded-2 cups (approx 1/2 head)
    Carrots- Grated or Shredded- 2 cups
    1 of each Red, Yellow, Orange Bell Pepper- cleaned out and cut into small strips
    Fresh Chives- Chopped- 6 tbsp or one bunch
    Light/ Low-Fat Mayo- 1 Cup
    Dijon Mustard- 2 tbsp
    Stone Ground Mustard- 2 tbsp
    Apple Cider Vinegar- 2tbsp
    Juice from 1 lemon
    White and Black Pepper- 1tsp or to taste
    Paprika- 1tsp
