.25 cup sunflower seeds
.25 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
handful of dried blueberries
Description
These Bars Are Soft (they Sort Of Fell Apart) And Tasty. They're A Great Snack. The Dried Blueberries Are Optional. You Can Vary The Amounts And Types Of Dried Fruits. Apricots Would Be Really Good In These. Just Change The Amount So That The Dried Fruits
