    1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
    1 scoop Metabolic Drive Protein Powder, Strawberry, Orange Cream, or Vanilla
    1/4 cup Kellogg's All Bran Cereal
    6 ice cubes, crushed
    OPTIONAL, as seen in pic: 1/2 skewer of blueberries to top off shake
