* 1 quart low-sodium chicken broth
* 2 15-ounce cans navy beans, drained and rinsed
* 1/3 cup roasted frozen corn (thawed)
* 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
* Light sour cream, chopped tomatoes and/or lime wedges, for garnish (optional)
