    * Fresh Sage, 5-7 leaves
    * Fresh Thyme, 5-10 springs
    * Fresh Rosemary, 1-2 springs
    * Salt, to taste
    * Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
    * Fresh Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
    * White (Red) Wine Vinegar, 1/2 tbsp
