Ingredients
- Soften together 3 tsp dry yeast and 2 cups luke warm water.
Add about 6 cups flour and knead 10 to 15 minutes.
Let rise in warm place while preparing filling.
Saute chopped onions and garlic.
Add chopped spinach and zucchini cook until wilted.
Mix the remainder ingredients.
Divide dough into 8 balls. Roll out each and put 1/8 filling on dough. Wet edges with water. Fold in half and seal with the tines of a fork. Let rise 20 minutes. Bake 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. I like to brush with beaten egg.
