Ingredients

    4 bell peppers, seeded, but leave them intact
    1 cup uncooked white rice
    1 Tbsp butter
    3 cardamom pods
    dash salt
    1 lb (approx) ground meat (used lamb)
    1/4 cup grapeseed oil
    1 onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp fennel seed
    2 tsp cumin
    2 tsp basil
    2 tsp oregano
    2 tsp parsley flakes
    2 tsp paprika (used Hungarian Spicy)
    2 tsp salt
    1 tsp cayenne pepper (or less)
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp dried thyme
    1 tsp ground savory
    1 dash ground black pepper
    1 6 oz can tomato paste
    sprinkle of brown sugar, to taste
    1 cup shredded swiss cheese (or cheese of chice)
