Ingredients

    * 1 1/2 pounds (grass fed) flank steak
    * 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    * 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
    * 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
    * 1 teaspoon cumin
    * 1 teaspoon chili powder
    * 1 teaspoon oregano
    * Pinch cayenne pepper
    * 2 limes, juiced
    * 1 orange, juiced
    * 8 to 12 ounces beer (or beef broth)

I Got This From Mark's Daily Apple. I Did Not Add The Spices Into The Calorie Mix And I Only Calculated Into 1 Oz Of The Beer Since You Don't Really Eat It. If You Serve This With Something Else Like Salad Or Pico Or Avocado, Make Sure To Add That Separat
