Ingredients
- INGREDIENTS
2 tsp of Garlic Powder and 4 cloves of Garlic- which you should mince
1 pkg of flat gluten free crackers (with garlic or rosemary)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 tabelspoon of tamari
2 zucchini- peeled first
½ packet of raw baby spinach- fresh
1 cup Marinara Sauce- SEE RECIPE BELOW
1-2 avocados sliced (can be made without these when not in season)
¼ stick of butter
½ cup sour cream
¾ cup Ricotta Cheese
3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1 PKG Flaxseed crackers or other Gluten Free Crackers for bottom of bake dish
MARINARA SAUCE
4 Tomatoes
8-9 Sun Dried Tomatoes
1/2 can of tomato paste
1/2 tsp of raw sugar or 1 tsp honey or agave
½ Red Bell Pepper (use green if you dont have red)
4 tablespoons of olive oil
4 large basil leaves (fresh), or 2 teaspoons of dried basil
4 teaspoons of dried oregano
2 tsp of pink salt
2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp of minced dried thyme
2 tsp garlic powder
3-4 cloves of whole garlic minced up
Cayenne pepper to taste- 1 pinch will usually do it
Description
You Can Leave It Totally Raw Or You Can Heat It Up- Which Makes It Lose Some Of Its Value- But If You Are Not A Total Raw Foodie You May Like It Better Heated Up. It Is Really Good For You Anyway!!
