1 large boneless, skinless Chicken breast.
1/2 medium onion
2 cloves of garlic, pressed.
1 cup chopped broccoli
Feta-fredo sauce:
1 cup non-fat milk
2 Tbs. flour
3/4 cup feta cheese
2 Tbs. Parmesan Cheese (grated)
Garnish:
1 cup diced fresh tomatoes (1/4 cup on each plate.)
light sprinkle of parmesan.
light Sprinkle of basil or parsley.
