1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs
1/2 large green bell pepper diced
1/2 large yellow onion diced
1 can (drained) diced tomatoes with basil/garlic/oregano (no salt added)
3 egg whites
dash of worcesteshire sauce
dash of salt (I use salt substitute)
dash of black pepper
dash of salt free Mrs. Dash
