Black Bean Vegetable Goulash

Ingredients

    1-1/2 cup dry black beans soaked 6-8 hrs
    4 med carrots, sliced in 1/2 inch chunks
    3-4 small white/purple turnips, chopped
    1/2 small head cauliflower
    1 stalk broccoli, chopped
    5-6 stalks celery, sliced in 1-inch chunks
    1-2 red bell peppers, chopped
    1 small zucchini cut in 1-inch chunks
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 vegetable bouillon cube (to disolve into
    bean water)
    2 tbsp parsley, dried
    1 tsp basil
    1 tsp dill weed
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp sea kelp
    1/4 tsp thyme
    several dashes cayenne
    1 cup mung bean sprouts
