~3 lbs chicken (whole or chicken breasts, your choice)
2 large or ½ lb baby carrots, chopped relatively fine
1 lg onion, chopped fine
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
salt, pepper, garlic, chicken bouillon to taste
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
Dumplings
2 cups flour
2 eggs
2 big (3-finger) pinches baking powder
1 cup cooled chicken broth
2 big (3-finger) pinches salt

This Is My Mother's Recipe... It Is The ONLY Chicken & Dumplings In The Opinion Of My Immediate Family. I Have Also Taken It To Potlucks And There Is Never Any Left. One Of My Coworkers Even Deemed It
