    2 - 16 oz. cans garbanzo beans, drained
    1 can Rotel
    1 small red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 small red onion, chopped
    1/2 cup golden seedless raisins
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1/4 cup chicken broth
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsps. ground cumin
    6 skinless chicken thighs or 3 leg/thigh quarters
