cauliflower, 1 med-large head, broken into florets (approx 840g)
broccoli crowns, 1.5 lbs, broken into florets (approx 643g)
4 carrots, cut into rounds (approx 270g)
2 tbsp Pepper
7-8 cloves garlic (approx 37g)
1/2 cup olive oil
6 oz uncooked orzo
12 oz regular feta cheese, crumbled
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp basil (fresh if possible)
