- 1 cup uncooked Quinoa
1 1/2 cup water to boil
1 romaine lettuce heart
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Large Tomato
1/2 a large cucumber
1 small or 1/2 medium white or yellow onion
alfalfa sprouts for garnish (1/4 cup a serving.)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 Balsalmic vinegar
3 TBSP soya sauce
3 TBSP garlic, minced
black pepper
1 or 2 tsp lime juice
Description
Serve On It's Own Or As A Tasty Side Dish.
