    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup dried blueberries
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    3/4 cup apricot halves, chopped
    2 large bananas
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    6 Sunmaid figs
    1 small scoop (15g) of Whey protein
