Grilled Shrimp, Black Beans And Mango

Ingredients

    2 cans black beans (low sodium)
    1 tsp minced garlic
    2 mangos or papayas or 1/2 pineapple, peeled, pitted/cored, and diced
    1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
    1 red onion, diced
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tbs ground cumin
    1 tbs chili powder
    1 tbs cracked coriander
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 cup fresh lime juice (~ 4 limes)
    1 lb medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined
    salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
    1 small head Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
