Ingredients

    2 1/2 c Egg Substitute
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 pinch salt [optional]
    1 (7 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained
    1 (16 ounce) container 1% cottage cheese
    1 cup shredded low-fat [2%] Cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup melted butter [can use margarine, but it decreases flavor and nutritional info is w/butter - unsalted]
