    * 8 slices bacon
    * 3 tablespoons canola oil
    * 1 (12 ounce) can beef broth
    * 1 1/4 cups water
    * 2 tablespoons cornstarch
    * 1 cup warm water
    * 1/4 cup sour cream
    * Dill Pickle Spears
